My Dream Machine
This was posted for a challenge
The reason I like my Epiphone Sherraton II is because of its bluesy, jazzy kinda sound, even when played without an amplifier there is a rich melodic sound!
Once smitten with music the sounds make you tingle…......... the rythm makes you move …..... and the tone is so enchanting that when eyes are closed, the body swaying to the rhythm your fantasy’s step in and I’m awayy with the fairy’s!
I also think it goes well with the colours that are surrounding it and Big Benjamen …... my favourite Rock Ted!!

David, lots of people think of the Sheraton II as an ES 335 wannabe, but that is so not the case. When the original Sheraton was manufactured in the mid to late 50’s, with its New York mini Humbuckers, it was considered totally top of the line even when compared to Gibson. The later released Sheraton II was only different in that it had a different tail piece and regular Humbucker pickups.
So cool to see this amazing classic appreciated here on RB, and by Big Benjamen (been jammin’?)... total groove and color coordination.
Fine shot, cool vibe!!
silverstrummer... replied
Hi Billy – Thanks for your great comments youv’e certainly put a lot of history into it. It is as you say …. the sound certainly is of great quality!
I do have a job sharing it with old Benjamen!! Sorry for the late reply m8 – David

have you played and recorded anything here on the bub?
i have no musical talent but admire it in others
silverstrummer... replied
Hi annie – Unfortunately my playing these days are a little difficult due to an accident many years ago so…...... it allows me to strum a little which I find very satisfying but annoying as I can’t do more. I bet if your tried a guitar and play a couple of chords you have a musical talent as chords make music …..... its worth a try if you enjoy and admire it in others. – Hugz – David
aaeiinnn
oh davi i tried
cannot even play paper and comb
silverstrummer... replied
Thats a shame …..... but then you have many more talents with your poetry and art I see! – David
