Bitter taste

a bitter taste is left in my mouth.
your kiss’s no longer so sweet.
your hollow words echo in my ear,
tauting my honest defeat.
your arms wrapped around my softly.
your lies wrapped around my skin,
i look at you and i know,
about my hurt within.

you try to kiss me as i pull away.
i run my fingers through your hair.
i look across the room,
avoiding your icey stare.
you blow gently on my skin,
“trying to blow away deceit?
she told me you lieing cheat”
