Just a quick piece.. For awhile now, i’ve been fighting on, working as hard as possible, wanting to recover from this clinical depression.. recently, i thought i finally had the approval and acceptance from her. thought she’d finally support me in my venture to have my own lil business.. thought she no longer despise me.
i guess i was wrong. and as always, it hurts. i’m disappointed. angry. sad. angry. angry that i still let her have this control over my feelings. i hate myself for not being strong and independent enough. oh well~ i should be used to this by now really. Gd nite.

Fa… be strong won’t you, i watched this show last night called “Erica”.... the therapist says to Erica… it’s like you are paddling with only one oar, the oar that represents other people’s expectations of you…...and we all have that oar…but you must also choose to use the other oar…. the one that represents you, so that you keep moving forward….. if you only use the first oar, you go around and around in circles…. and stop being your authentic self.
He also used this quote: It takes a lot of courage to grow up and become who you really are.
Take heart Fa, do not be discouraged for too long, rise up.. find your strength and carry on….. do it for you, do it for me….. do it for us all…. encourage us with your determination as we have seen you do it before…. just get right back up again…. undo the stitches from your mouth, speak your heart and be YOU. Without your voice in my life, I know that my life would not be nearly as happy or joyous…or as worthwhile. I miss your voice. Speak up and be heard… no more shrinking violets Fa… no more …...... x

Your art is an asset Fa… a way to express what you’re feeling inside… & whilst i know it still hurts, expressing some of that emotion reduces it’s toxic potency inside… where whilst ever it resides will effect your life.
Sometimes when other can’t see our own growth, our own strength, it’s a reflection upon them… not you… whatever you dream of doing in your life, do it first & foremost for you… and if your heart is in the right place there will always be people who will support you… they might not always be the ones whos approval you crave, or the ones you thought would always be there… but this can be a blessing in disguise, it’s in these times that we forge some of the strongest friendships & bonds… we find like minded souls, dancing to the same beat.
This song i find expresses so much… a bit of a change of pace from your song choice, but i think you’ll relate to the lyrics.
THere is a lot of pain in this piece, but there is also a grit & determination, you will make it through, i can feel it.

Fa, what Sarah says is so true
I meant to say earlier too, that I see and feel a lot of pain in this image too.. it’s truly it’s powerful in the message it speaks, i also see the angel’s wings…the ones that care about you, sometimes they’ll back away, not knowing what to do or say…it doesn’t mean they don’t love and care about you…. and seeing these wings makes me feel hopeful that you are determined.. and I believe you know that you are above this, the angels wings tell me so…. i see the feathers falling and i see that you are descending…but remember this… you have wings to fly….. that’s what you were given them for…and you can and will rise above this… the wings are seen in your work on more than one occasion…i don’t know the symbolism they represent…but for me they show signs of hope. That you cannot be tethered or tamed… you are wild and free Fa… you know it deep down inside… you feel it… you can break free…. you can break the chains that bind.
