How about the falklands taskforce…or the Brits in Basra or Afghan, I saw a superb show on the British Helicopters supporting troups in Basra…just a thought.
Chris Jackson replied
Hmm, I dunno about right up to date military stuff, Its kinda hard to get imagery and copyright of recent source material is a bit iffy. Falklands is a good idea though. Might do something vietmanish to. The Huey is iconic.

Yeah – Ass & Trash missions flown there…. spectre gunships, rubber ducky gunships, sampan gunships, bicycle gunships…. :o)

If you want to find out about the chopper war in Nam (I was there? ...well…no) have a look at Robert Mason’s book – Chickenhawk. This will give you a feel for it.

Nah man, I think they look just right how they are.
Chris Jackson replied
Thats just it, the hand drawn look does go down well sometimes. I’m happy to leave them as they look a bit more authentic
