The beaufighter was indeed a powerful weapon, but tricky to fly and especially land. Known to the japanese as ‘The Whispering Death’ Nice T in white. Ted

Thanks Ted, I did some reading when I made the design but I never heard any of that before. Why did they call it “The Whispering Death”? the name cirtainly strikes fear into the heart!
