trying to be edit free
I’ve been trying to get ‘edit free’ photos. By this i mean i only want to resort to cropping. Yes i know cropping is an edit, but its not enhancing by means of color manipulation. I want a clean no wash, no filter image. OOOOOOOothe smells I have encountered…let me tell you. Praise whatever deity that you have, that the putridity of fish heads and compost heaps have not enveloped you. Death 100 times over. What will a person do for a shot….and have I spoke of the bites….no…I will live.
I like bugs
I think i’ve found my outlet…insects. I think I will need a better camera. So far i’ve been lucky finding great subjects and having a still hand. I liken insect hunting to my husband game hunting, you have to really be stealthy. They can literally smell you coming. I have a jumpy spider I want to work with he’s full of mottling. He hunts his prey by stalking and ambush, spectacular.
Now i've got a couple up.
In general I like nature. That said I enjoy getting a little mad with distortion and making something look abnormal. Its one of those things you know like Alice through the looking glass, every thing a little or alot off. I started birds last winter and haven’t played with them yet. You may see them soon.
