Burros at the Ridgecrest Wild Horse and Burro Facility love attention…both from humans and from each other. Here is a young burro giving an even younger burro some encouragement as she starts to get up from a nap. This day was 110 degrees Fahrenheit, and even the shade was hot. These burros are a mix of previously wild and offspring of captured burros.
