Into The Mountains, HDR
This is the HDR version of this photograph.
The weather was really beautiful and ominous that day. Everytime the sun would peek out I would drop everything and set up my tripod. This is Little Lakes Valley and I’m still amazed that I live so close to something so beautiful. This trail eventually ascends Morgan Pass and up into the alpine High Sierras. You can see them in the far background.

Gonna be hard to beat that flashing “AWESOME”....but I’ll try, Like the wonderful colors of this whole composition. The tree line and the path draws you into the scene. Great composition!
