This photo was taken in Bishop Creek Canyon between Aspendell and Lake Sabrina. These stark granite cliffs really stood out. i thought a high contrast black and white worked well for the scene.

i used a polarizer to get the dark sky and then applied a yellow filter with photoshop.

    I think the high contrast worked very well! Almost reminds me of an alien landscape.
