The Sierra Wave passing over the Alabama Hills. The Sierra Nevada Escarpment can be seen in the back left. The photo was taken in Spring and you can see some patches of yellow wildflowers in the foreground.

I think a landscape is far more effective when you have a good sky. ( here in Australia – we tend to get too many cloudless blue skies)
