The thought of it kind of creepy; but maybe possible. Octopus are actually very intelligent creatures. A friend told me that in the laboratories, they unlock their tanks and snatch the fishes from the other tanks; eat them and then lock themselves back into their tanks. Because of that people had a long time figuring out why the fishes disappeared.

When I first saw you art, it reminded me of the artwork from the late 70’s in heavy metal magazine (not the music mag, the other one). Works from artists like Moebius, Corben, or Suydam. Their stuff is amazing. Your Octopus dood has the same flavor.

What is it about octopuses that’s so fascinating…I love this. I love the idea of him walking around trying to figure us out, it must be quite lonely for him?

Well ok I’ll believe you, but you’ll have to show us some of the things he’s been getting up to though! :)
