Kihaku - The Spirit of Ki

Kihaku is a Japanese word that translates to the spirit of Ki. It carries with it an essence of intensity and can be thought of as the practice in awareness, control and expression of ones Ki energy.

As a victim of abuse and a 5th Dan (Shihan) martial artist, Peter Keogh has developed a passion for personal safety and anger management. Through his experience, Peter established TriTactics, a system that offers self defence, personal safety, anger management and aggression outlet programs to a diverse clientele including offenders (under court ordered programs), abuse survivors and individuals concerned about personal safety or aggression management.
