GREEN – Green is the color of Nature and the earth. It is balance and harmony in essence and possesses a soothing influence upon both mind and body. Green can be used for just about any condition in need of healing. Green’s emotional component is grief. Green stimulates inner Peace. Green brings psychological and emotional harmony and balance. Green stimulates the Heart Chakra. If you are insufficient in the Green colour ray, you may experience being socially withdrawn, you may be feeling rejection, intolerance, and also feel a deep sense of loneliness and isolation. Green rays can also be used to awaken greater friendliness, hope, faith, and peace.
When Green colour rays are balanced in your life, you will more easily allow yourself to trust the process of life and evolution. It also has to do with abundance and Spiritual Wealth, reminding us how Spiritual Wealth is far greater than any wealth.

PINK – pink rays heal grief and sadness. It is a universal colour of healing and unconditional love. It brings you in contact with your feelings as it represents happiness, affection, and kindness. It has an immense relaxing and soothing effect on the physical, mental, and spiritual body. It can decrease anxiety ridden behavior in a very short time.
MAGENTA – (also referred to as “Ultra- pink)Strengthens contact with your life purpose. It stimulates adrenaline and heart activity. On the emotional level, Magenta is linked to the pineal gland (along with violet) and brings a feeling or sense of peace and harmony. On the Mental Level, it can increase the desire to connect with the Universe and verbalize your changing beliefs. On the Spiritual level, Magenta fuels the spirit of sacrifice, working for the good of others.
Universal Breathing Technique to use with Colour Breathing
Colour Breathing uses the power of thought vibrations reinforced by the effects of colour vibrations to act with a positive effect on our etheric bodies . Colour Breathing helps correct imbalances, and energizes areas of energy which may be depleted .
Universal Breathing is very effective when coupled with Colour Visualizations. To practice this type of breathing, close your left nostril and breathe in deeply with your right to the count of 4. Hold your breath for the count of 16, close your right nostril and breathe out of your left nostril to the count of 8. This method can be used with colour, thinking of its attributes as you breathe. (Before beginning any breathing technique, it is most beneficial to reach some state of relaxation either sitting or lying down. Alternate inhalations and exhalations, visualizing white light entering your body thru your toes, up to your head, and then exhale this white light back down your body back into the earth.)
For example, if using the colours pink and green for Grief Healing, you may visualize pink as you inhale with the above technique, and visualize green upon exhaling. If you get a sense that you may want to inhale green colour vibrations and exhale pink that is fine as well. The key is to be as relaxed as possible during the entire colour breathing sequence.
