Marsden Grotto

Marsden Grotto lies at the foot of the cliffs at Marsden, just to the North of Sunderland, England and is a pub with a restaurant. It is actually built into the bottom of the cliff. It is accessed both by a lift (that’s the tower in the picture) and several flights of stairs, for those with strong lungs and legs.
