the heartbeat of the mountains
is pulsing in every stone
muticolored insects
go about their duties
be still and listen….
you can hear them roam
crystal streams
racing with pride
butterflies of every kind
flutter at the feet
of those passing by
Aspen leaves like wind chimes
singing Nature’s highest praise
two hundred Elk in deep, sunlit woods
some at rest, some stop to graze
the Earth is alive
with movement and sound
listen….....to Nature…...
what will You have found?

A song of beauty and peace in this lovely poem – it lifts me to a place I’d love to be more often. Really a lovely work!
