Her Face
And for the final shot of this site, a shot of the facade of the building and the small driveway leading up to it. Scotland has quite a few lovely buildings which have been abandoned of them, this is but one of many wonderful treasures the country has.

I just adore this building and i think it is so very sad to have so many great works of architecture left to rack and ruin … can you imagine if this was restored and made into a posh hotel or something … i expect the grounds are awesome as well … too bad i’m not flush otherwise i would buy something like this and restore it … unfortunately though … not a pot to p…. in!!!
I think one day (if you aren’t already) you will be a famous photographer as you vision is just so unique!!! your work is just wonderful even if it is a bit depressing sometimes!!!!

G’day Richard,
A most interesting and intriguing series!!!!! I have enjoyed viewing every image and have thoroughly enjoyed the journey on which you have taken me.
Your very good photography is the basis for your very good processing which all creates excellent images of neglect and decrepitude.
A great story very well told!

As well as taking some fantastic photos, Richard, you are also helping to preserve the visual images of these buildings and especially their interiors. You are contributing towards giving us an inkling of how people lived years ago … thanks.
