Most of the windows in this place were either cracked, broken or completely removed. It made for some eerie nosies when walking about in the place with the wind rattling through and the curtains flapping about etc.

    wonderful picture. It look eerie now, but I think in its hey day it might have been a beautiful building. You could let your imagination run wild with stories it could tell.

    I imagine it will have been beautiful, but still slightly scary for the schoolkids being dropped here by their parents for months on end! Especially for the first time they were brought here.

    HDR, tones, curves, saturation, brightness, contrast, sharpness – many of which with selective / layer masks.

    The curtains make it for me as i have said in other comments. Thanks for your comment and if you like the dark and depressing you should take a spy through the rest of my portfolio, this is akin with most of the stuff that is in my style :)
