Dawn on Holy Island

Not often I bother with landscape shots, they just dont usually float my boat.

A friend called me up and asked if I fancied a look to Holy Island in Northumberland with him though, and as I had nothing better on I thought it would be worth going even if just for the craic. Shot along the beach at Holy Island which is part of Noirthumberland in the North East of England, looking at Lindisfarne Castle in the distance.

Took a few pics on the day, but this is the only one I’m really happy with. Shot with a Canon 5D2 and a 17-40L
