Blue Bird by Ryan Davison Crisp

Small (21.5" x 16.4")

The best chairlift in the world! Crescent Spur’s very own bluebird. This was our means of being whipped around mountainous peaks for the week, allowing us to ski the most amazing powder imaginable.

Taken during my amazing trip (my unreal competition win!) with Crescent Spur Heli-Skiing, located in British Columbia, March 2013. Shot on a Panasonic Lumix G1 14-45mm. Any editing carried out in CS5.

Best when viewed in large.

Way to go Ryan! Looking forward to next winter.

  • Tell me about it…I can’t wait. Did I tell you I was spending the season in Whistler? ;)

The whole season? That could last from late November to May!
Hey, have you thought about Revelstoke? Looks most interesting, drier snow and now beats Whistler for highest vertical in North America.

  • well, not quite the whole season… December to May :)
Yeah, I really fancy Revelstoke. Cat and heli skiing from base, sounds great :) Do you ski with the Ski Club when out there mate?
