Stephen Sheffield, a native of the Boston Area, is an alumnus of Cornell University, where he obtained a BFA in Painting with a minor in photography. He received his MFA in photography from California College of the Arts, in Oakland/San Francisco.
Stephen Sheffield has exhibited nationally for many years and has a number of large-scale commissions in Boston, and NYC, and his work has been featured in many national publications. Stephen is represented in Boston by the Panopticon Gallery and has been featured in recent exhibitions including Instant Connections: Polaroid show and What’s In A Face: portrait show. He runs the advanced photography program at the New England School of Photography in Boston.
