Even king sheep have moments when they reflect on things greater than themselves – giving up the crown, the scepter and the royal cape really takes a lot from the sheep that has an ego the size of New Zealand sheep farm. Handing power over to someone else really isn’t their favorite thing in life.
This piece captures a moment between the king and the king-to-be, a small and yet powerfully significant exchange for both of them and for the rest of us as well. One of my less silly and more meaningful works – hopefully as meaningful to you as it is to myself, the sheep and world peace.
