Whilst on Skye we visited the wonderful landscape of Quiraing. We drove up to the car park and went a walk for a few miles around this stunning area. During the walk one minute we could see for several miles, the next minute visibilty was down to less than 50 yards. It was an amazingly moody place.

Very atmospheric and typical Skye weather, wonderful vista and well captured.

  • Cheers David, in many ways when we visited Quiraing I did not miss the lovely blue sky we had earlier in the week!!

Stunning shot Shaun, i didn’t see this view when I was here, it was thick with fog.

  • Cheers Lynne, we got lucky, after about 30 minutes walking the weather closed in as did the views!

I know that viewpoint!. I got the sunshine but you got the mist, which is much more authentic. Terrific capture, Shaun.
