Jason's bench!! ...aka Pew with a view!

On Monday I went for a walk with the dynamic duo of Jason Connolly and Jamie Green near High Dam in the Lake District. The weather was overcast for the first hour but then we were greeted with wonderful autumnal sunshine. This is a view from Stott park overlooking the middle of Windermere.
The title refers to Mr Cs annoyance that I got a shot of the bench in sunlight, when he arrived at this spot the sun would not come out….I did not hear the end of it for the rest of the walk…lol!!

This is beautiful Shaun. I love the sunlight on the bench! But where is Tarn? I don’t see her sitting on the bench. I know she got up there before anyone else did. lol I thought that was her bench. Someone needs to get a shot of her up there on it. :)) You’re so lucky to have those guys to go out hiking with…and of course Tarn too. Hope you brought her a sandwich. :)) Gorgeous scene with wonderful depth and color saturation. A fav for me!

Thanks Ginny, it is amazing that since we met up only a few months ago we have struck up a great friendship…we all have a similar outlook on life and laugh our way around most of the walks!! I have some shots of Tarn on the walk….I wil upload them in a few days time!!
