Hi Ingrid, my 350 had started doing that as well (had to take the battery out to get it to work again) That was one of the reasons for upgrading. I’ve still got my 350, one of my sons is desperate to learn photography so am going to let him learn on it. (he only has a cheap point and shoot at the moment)
The 7D is wonderful, a huge difference!!!
