As I sat on the white sand beach in my dreamy state, shooting pics of everything, this large boat began to cruise the same route repetitively, back and forth, in front of me. It was a beautiful red which was lovely against all the blue out in front of me, so I shot it too, and here it is.

This is such a cool shot!

  • thanks- I know I was in heaven watching this boat, and I didn’t want this day to end- my last day in Florida! The water and sky really were that blue/green! It was amazing!

    • Nice shot Staphanie :-) (is it the John Cabot?)
  • Honestly I don’t know, lol. I figured it was maybe a dinner cruise ship, something cool for the visitors, I didn’t get close enough, I just loved the way it looked in the distance.

nice shot – lovely clear colours too

  • Thanks Sarah. The image is exactly as I took it. In Florida, the colors are very dramatic- I loved that!

Ahoy, R you friendly or would you be foe? Really good composition and the man fishing adds to this who scenario. Excellent color and great control of the lighting which can be quite difficult on a sunny day.

  • I don’t think I’ve ever had a better day for light than this one, honestly. Thanks. Mostly I’m friendly, but have hook in spare for rare moments, just in case!! : )
