Soft voices lull me to sleep.
They sing their lovely songs…in murmurs,
that can barely be heard.
Time stands still.
The voices sing their lovely melodies,
softly into my soul.
My eyes close.
Another day has passed,
in a cacophony of sound.
My body relaxes.
It returns to the peace,
to the harmonious voices that settle into my heart.
Once again I find rest.
I listen quietly…to perfect waves of sound,
softly lulling me to sleep.
