Sophie – I gave up believing in ‘coincidences’ a long time ago. I have experienced far too many such things that have been far too ‘big’ and meaningful to still live in the haze of seeing such things as ‘luck or chance’... And again – right at a moment when I am not at my best, and not feeling the strongest in me self – you post an image that speaks to me so so strongly, and with words too that remind me of the sense of my own spirit guides that I remember who and what I am again… even if just for a moment…

K! I think we all feel like this sometimes. This does not have to be for a moment. Sometimes the most difficult times bring us insights and understanding. There are no quick fixes we need to trust in the process. We cannot control, demand or expect. It is real trust…This is very difficult to do. I understood this better when I was younger. When my mother was very ill I would go to Church and pray for her. My prayers were not for her to live, they were not for her to die….My prayers were for what was best for her. When she died I took solace in that thought. Sometimes I have to remind myself of this. We gain insights everyday if we look for them and understand. Ask your Spirit Guides for guidance they are there waiting to help, we just need to ask them! Really its true! Wishing you a wonderful week…...Thinking of you!Sx
