Quite interesting. A Native American church has been talking to me about working for them as pastor leader. I just lost my day job yesterday and the only reason I am up now is because I’ve been praying God’s direction in this matter. Not that I think God wants me to return to the priesthood…just that this art and quote speak to my heart and situation. God bending over to remind me WHO is in charge and it’s all good. As I read those words they take on a meaning for me too , I just had a call from a doctor telling me I have to replace my aorta and they will be opening me up from breastbone down to the pubic bone, this was a bigger operation than I was expecting ,but place my trust in the higher powers it will go well, but have slightly nervous frame of mind.Your painting is so beautiful I love the colours and strokes, excellent work Paul :))))))))))

Corage is like muscle, it doesn’t develop to full capacity until it is used. Courage comes when we sit up in our spirits and refuse to look at the shape things are in or believe there is nothing we can do about it. Most of us are timid about facing up to what we know is wrong. It is so much easier to let things ride than it is to take a thorny problem by the smooth handle and shake out the causes. To have courage doesn’t mean we have to be aggressive and show everyone we are not afraid. Some of the bravest men in history were Indian Chiefs trying to protect their land and their people.
