Sales Sales Sales
Is there anyone in the bubble family who can tell me how to get my sales up?? I know I have to be active but I think for a newbie I’m doing all I know how to do and I would love for some of the vets or top sellers to please help??

Hon, been active and as community minded here as one could be, and I’ve only sold 1 card at a profit of 50c Aust. If I knew I’d share, I don’t make cards especially or tshirts just to make sales. I stick to my posters and stuff cause that’s my art… Sometimes I get really depressed about it… I wonder why people like to look and not purchase… I have heaps of friends here but havn’t sold much at all… Mind you, I don’t activly obsess over how to force people into a purchase or what… I been here six months and watched everyone else brag about their sales… I didn’t mention my first and only card sale publically cause I understand how it feels to have not much of that… I just take heart that my images fair well in the gallery… I got about 15 pages of my highest quality art on here… you would think someone might want one… ho hum… james has some good points on the forum here he publishes a little newsletter about selling photos… good luck!!!

Thanks kathleen. Comming from you I know this is information that is meant well. I’m more interested in getting my name in anyones lap who will just appreciate my art you know?? I was just curious because I saw that there were so many people who were making sales and I was wondering how in the world they were getting people to buy buy buy and lil ole me probably couldnt sale if I wore my art on my face. neway thanks so much for listening to me whine about sales Kat. I hope that people think your work is as great as I do and actually start to purchase because it always blows me away!!...Later Tater

I’m not sure but its seems like there are many making sales but not many making many sales. (if that makes sense?). I have had a couple of sales. I just try to make regular journal entries, check out other peoples stuff and invite them over to mine. Figure out how to put pics of your work into the journal entries and linking it back to your gallery might help. That way it gets put on the front page journal and makes a link back to your journal if anyone is interested in your journal. Hope this helps. It’s what I’m doing anyways.

It makes perfect sense Allen! Thanks for the advice. I need to find out who knows how to create a link and a url so that I can have people just shoot by my redbubble page. Well if anyone knows I guess I need help with that too! Thankies
