I need to travel right??
Hey bubble family. So I’m a newbie ofcourse but I’ve already gotten so comfortable here. Thanks for all the many many compliments on my work. Now here’s the thing! I live in the states and I’ve viewed all your photos and they are absolutely GORGEOUS! Most of you guys take pictures of things I couldnt imagine seeing in one life time. I guess my question is… to become a great photographer do I need to travel to different countries and where should I go? All suggestions are welcome!

Nup. There’s plenty of things around you in your local neighbourhood. But if you want spectacular nature and the like, yeah you might have to travel. But you could travel to somewhere in your state rather than another country.

Thanks for the advice davoid. I know there are plenty of moments to capture here but I have a million people in my good ear telling me what they think I should do about my career. I decided I would come and talk to others who share my passion for the arts and get their opinion. So I appreciate the advice and I agree with you 100%...Peace

I used to feel the same way, I’d see amazing US photography online and wonder what the point of shooting around home is… But the more I shoot the more I realise you have to REALLY know somewhere to get those amazing images, local knowledge, places, seasons it all adds up to amazing pictures.
