LET ME JUST SAY FIRST OFF THAT I AM VERY VERY PROUD OF THIS IMAGE! LOL
I WORK AS A PHOTOGRAPHER IN A HOTEL TAKING CANDID PICTURES OF THE GUESTS BEING ACTIVE. I TOOK THIS OF A LITTLE GIRL PLAYING IN THE POO. SHE HAD GONE UNDERTHE WATER AND I STOOD WITH MY CAMERA FOCUSED ON THE WATER ABOVE WHERE SHE WOULD EMERGE. I MANAGED TO CAPTUER HER HEAD THE SPLIT SECOND IT BURST FORTH FROM THE WATER. THIS IMAGE HAS NOT BEEN PHOTOSHOP-ED AND TEH ONLY THING DONE TO IT TO BRING FORTH THE DETAIL IN THE WATER AND THE EYES WAS TO ENHANCE THE SHARPNESS AND A TOUCH OF CONTRAST AND SATURATION THEN WITH A SLIGHT BLUE TINT TO BRING THE DETAIL OF THE WATER INTO SHARPER FOCUS, WHICH IN TURN GIVES THE ICE CHILLED LOOK. THIS IS THE ORIGINAL JUST TWEEKED TO ENHANCE THE DETAIL.
