a diptych of two completely different trees in two completely different places… sometimes things are just meant to fit together to form a whole.
lake, water, tree, nature, one, diptych, complete, whole, viewfinder, black and white
I am a dreamer, artist, and mother. I dance in the rain, spend too much time reading books, and live for my family. I am a gypsy, poet, musician, and artist. But most of all, I am a butterfly fairy. Come dream with me.

trudi – thank you so much, i really appreciate your comment.
A whole perfectly portrayed as a merging of complementary halves, not identical ones. Two identical halves just slide off each other, can’t hold tight. Two complementary halves interlock and create a new unity. Your picture lyrically and majestically shows this.
Peter… such magic and depth to your comment… it left me breathless, really. you are absolutely right and i could not have said it better than you did just now. thank you. xx
