I couldn’t help but notice the feelings frozen
The wisdom removed and fear begotten
And of love distorted and confusion amended
By the falling of the night hounded
And singing of the hearts captured
The night of everlasting rage we pay
Feeling the need to stomp in disarray
Feeling the heat created from the lost ray
We move in silent, we think in jargon and wake what we lay
We tame the innocent and embrace toxic decay
We say we are human but fall for what is inhumane
What living beings clout the living man?
Removing him from the land and giving ourselves to the exposed blame?
Our impulsive ambitions seen through our naked remains
So, we remain open to the immoral hand in us playing games
Our offspring growing and imitating the worst
We offer to bestow in them light and groom them for the finest
But what great comes from the fallen crest
Teach the youth ways of veracity; let them not feel like guests
Tame the old so that they may not raise pests
Let us live; in love let us dwell, in truth let us feel safe.
Life in Simplicity.
