I am an indigeneous artist based in New York City. I make ensemble dances between thirty to sixty minutes long for three to nine dancers. These dances involve rhythms layered over rhythms, stepping patterns intersecting stepping patterns, body shapes joined to body shapes. It all moves. I develop the raw movement material alone usually over a period of one to three years. To assist me in remembering and also in evaluating each phrase from separate distinct points of view, I have developed and continue to develop a notational system which involves symbols, words, and vector line drawings.

Sometimes I just cannot resist playing with these elements! Sometimes I include photos as the ground of play.
