©)Seth F.Weaver Sr. 08/29/07. Acrylic on 12×16″ canvas panel. The old farmer and his son load up his old rickety wagon full of huge watermelons. He’s headed up the mountain from the flatlands to sell his crop. The trip is dangerous on old rutty mountain roads. He could be killed for his two mules and the wagon alone. It is twilight and the sky looks strange. Only prayers and his old friend the Moon can get him where he needs to go. Thanks for looking Seth.
