Absolutely gorgeous shot! Wonderful lighting and tones. The composition is fantastic and I love the way mum is looking down like she’s watching over and protecting him. The little boy’s eyes really draw in my attention… just stunning!

Lovely composition – I like that the mother’s eyes are shut – it’s as though all her love is beaming into the little boy. The boy and his mother’s love are the main focus of the picture – not the mother herself. It’s as though she would sacrifice everything for him. Brilliant shot!

Cathi – Thank you! I think you nailed it right on, being with the two of them, I could just tell how much she loves him, it vibrated off of her, making a capture like this one very easy.
