i thought i saw blood in the tub…and with your hands up like that, i thought it was symbolic of suicide-

I see what you are saying – and the red cast to the photo is indeed symbolic of blood, but more psychological than physical, if you know what i mean.

I think the beauty comes from the insight, compassion and depth one can achieve after such emotional turmoil…if only we can see it, even breakdowns have something worthy in them.
