Busselton Beach
This photograph was taken on a warm summer morning just before sunrise at a beach near Busselton, Western Australia. The water was very calm and there was no breeze. It was a perfect morning to get out and take some photographs.

Very nicely done Jonathon. A lot of people reckon there’s nothing much to photograph at Busselton but I’ve been there countless times over the past 40 years and have always managed to come home with a whole swag of photos! You certainly chose the right time of day to get out – it’s a beauty! Regards, Peter

Thanks for the kind comment Peter. Yes I set the alarm clock the night before so I would wake up just before sunrise, being the middle of summer meant that it was early. So I trod down to the beach rubbing my eyes and yawning but it certainly was worth it. There were also a few dolphins in the water as I was shooting! Best part is… I had the whole moment all to myself! :D
