Sailing into (or is it "out of"?) the Sunset by

Leaving Athens behind past the distant horizon and heading down the Dodecansese Line … Kos was my destination – I was to arrive at sunrise :)

This has truly become one of my own favourite images … as I look at it, I feel the salt-spray filled breeze on my skin … and I feel free and at peace and entirely content :) … I do love the Mediterranean :)

I can feel all that peace and tranquillity in this. The Med seems to just get you perfectly in harmony with yourself somehow.

  • you’re right … I’m not sure what it is about the Med … the warmth … the sea … the salt … my whole being seems to go into a perfectly harmonious balance when I’m there … I spent three hours on my flight back yesterday thinking about it, trying to work out what the “magic ingredient” is that makes my world so whole when I’m there … can’t pin-point it … it’s holistic thing …

So how are YOU keeping/ All’s been rather quiet … ?
