Great composition and capture, I like their horns!

  • what fascinates me with these guys is that their horns grow all curled and twisted and the ends of some have to be cut off ’cause they grow right back into their face … really strange how that goes …

Fabulous shot……they certainly need horns in that mist!!( Old joke that should be banned!!)

  • at the risk of embarrassing myself now … please share the joke ‘cause I’ve sadly not got a clue as to what you’re referring to … :( THough I’m glad you like the shot :)

Marvellous, Tina. I do know the forest a bit (I have a sister who lives nearby), but obviously you get up rather earlier than I do…

  • well … the forest is great at any time … but lately I’ve taken to trying out the early mornings ‘cause I’m trying to fit a walk & some photography in before the day at work in the city, and I’m finding a whole new world out there … amazing how the change in light and weather creates whole new scenes in places which seems otherwise so familiar :)
PS next time you visit your sister, let me know – we meet for a cuppa
