we went for a long and winding drive yesterday … started in Cape Town by fairly miserable weather, but took our chances anyway … went up Chapman’s Peak and all over … :) The forces of nature were incredible!! and we were blessed with momentary peaks of sunshine every now and then along the way :)
This stunning display of wave action from one of look-out points along the winding coastal roads … magnificent!!

Well timed, Tina! I can feel the power of that wave crashing.

  • It really was quite something, Kasia … and nothing like a bit of salt spray on the lens, ey? ;) lol

Beautiful shot!!!!! The rock formation looks like a sad old turtle lumbering to shore to escape the sea. :)

  • hehe … Gillian! I love that :)) Thank you for such lovely comment – you’ve made my afternoon and surely put a smile on my face :)
