Introducing leggings. Step into a world of stunning designs.

Unique & mostly private, Day Island is accessible by a tiny bridge from University Place. There is enough room on the Island to have a single row of homes on the south end and a double or triple row in some cases on the north end. The south end is so narrow, the front yards if any have room for a few potted plants or a tiny flower bed. The solution, across the single lane street, some have erected decks to sit and enjoy breakfast, meals and chats, solitude, and spectacular sunsets but this one has a deck garden!

DEDICATING these works to my Chaps “son”-in-law and his little family. He is deployed. Please pray for all those in harms way and their families.

No lack of sunshine, that’s for sure! Very pretty!

  • We get an average of 65 days of sunshine here! I wait sort of impatiently for these sparkling days! Thanks for the compliment. Maggie

Aah. Just the place to sit, sip a nice gin and tonic and generally forget the troubles of the world. Would suit me perfectly Maggie. Love your shots of these idyllic gardens. They brighten up the dusty old garret I live in. Cheers.Tony.
