Misty carpet
Had a few warm mornings then a very cold night, I just new the mist would be out, got up early and waited at the paddock near work.
what a stunner of a morning just me and the birds to watch this happen.
then reality sets in and I had to got to work, bummer!!

Thanks Dingysailor, not only is there a mist “carpet’ if you look at the right hand side of the pic, there is a much taller fog bank as well.

Great shot. Try it as a pano (taking off some of the top and the bottom to hold the eye in the middle of the image) and this image would be amazing.
