LOL! I love your enthusiasm Lois… always puts a big ole grin on my face!! yes it’s a filter. Just the radial blur filter (set to zoom) in photoshop…. Nothing fancy. Have to make sure you put the sweet spot in the right place though.

LOL, you’re right. Thanks to Photoshop & digital cameras we don’t need fancy lenses & filters or litres of poisonous chemicals…..
