Big Red White Blue - Holland Lighthouse
Perhaps the most famous of all of Michigan’s lighthouses, Holland’s Big Red stands guard over the entrance to Holland’s Lake Macatawa on the Shores of Lake Michigan. This photo was taken from the south side of the Lighthouse, which makes its more unique than most photos. Big Red holds a special place in my heart, since I was born and raised in Holland and spent many a summer day frolicking on the beach in her shadow.
