These pot belly pigs seem to be enjoying the barnyard mud after several days of rain in Western North Carolina. WHile out exploring in my area today, I found them on an interesting and delightful farm that specializes in therapy and animal rescue. I look forward to going back and taking more photos. The legs of a donkey, part of a white goat, and an emu can be seen in the background. There were many other varieties of farm animals and birds there as well.

Rudy made alot of litte potbellies before an unfortunate accident when his mate rolled over on him in his sleep. What a way to go. I have fond memories though.

  • Definitely—-what a “very unique” way to go too! Rudy sounds like he was a real lively character!!!
