    Theres pleanty of these guys to choose from on the Coast. A great image with good DOF.

  • Anywhere there is water and a chance for a feed you will find these guys, but it was the first chance I have had to get them standing in such still, reflective water.

    Stunner… the pelican in the foreground is putting on the perfect pelican show – sharp as a tack, beautifully exposed and full of pelican character – right down to the rippling reflection.
    Then, to top it off, the slightly out of focus pelican in the background plays the bit part to complete the story without dominating it by crowding out the hero.
