I was exploring different ways of keeping the focus on the centre of the page and ended up with this little sweetheart. She’s a flirty little milk maid who’s dripping off the page. I adore her sultry look and pouty lips.
The original was illustrated on recycled cardboard with pencil, charcoal and ink.
