nice – love the elevated view – where’s this taken from?

A local took me to this spot – a restaurant called Rachel’s. It was attached to a hotel (I forget which) and was on about the 5th level. It had a great outside balcony that nobody else was willing to check out because it was so cold! But I couldn’t pass up a view like this.
My only regret is that I was there on a Sunday – this scene could have been even more interesting on a weekday.
