Rays of Glory

In silence my heart aches,
In absence my thoughts rise,
In peace my soul soars.
A silent prayer for wisdom
to choose what is the right course.
The collision of darkness and light,
beholding the path of life.
To sit on life’s stone,
unwritten reality.
Prevailing life’s trials,
vividly painted in my strife.
Innocent longing,
serene desire,
and beauty aglow.
Rays of hope that color my future.
A sign of promise to bestow.
Fusion of the worlds a surreal sight.
Knowing that all will be well,
as i dwell in Your light.
